Everyone is really caring and compassionate and they always look after our pets with professionalism and such expertise. We recently lost one of our fur babies and they have been there for us every step of the way, we really appreciate it.

Always friendly and kind. Reassured me when my cat Maggie got hold of some drain cleaner 🙄 it will be a challenge to find a better practice!

Unfortunately, we do not share the same experience as others. Ash House Vets made what was already a traumatic day for my family far, far worse. Not only did they lack any form of compassion and empathy, it’s only when speaking to another vets that we realised just how atrocious and questionable their service had been. Perhaps a misunderstanding on their part but they made our last day with our beloved family pet a complete nightmare. How they have 4.6 star reviews is beyond me. If I could give them a 0, I would.

Recently had a pleasure of visiting Ash House Vets because my buddy Kumo couldn't walk or even put down his foot on the ground because of something unknown. Vet is a lovely chap who diagnosed the problem correctly to the core in minutes even though the condition was very rare and not experienced in several years in dogs. Long story short, because of the timely and professional care Ash house Vets provided, kumo was up on his feet in a couple of days and running around within a week. Couldn't be happier and more satisfied and that brought me here to acknowledge the lovely staff from the receptionist to the doctor himself. Highly recommended
