We took our puppy scottish terrier to see the vet and the receptionist welcomed us with a smile and she was extremely polite. The vet was excellent and examined Phoebe and reassured us that all was OK. We can't thank Cedar vets enough for their excellent customer service and care.

Cedar are a wonderful practice Chucky had bad injury to his neck, they cleaned and stitched him perfectly he was so relaxed before and after care from to name a few Lucy , Maria basically all the staff nothing was to much trouble would recommend Alresford surgery 5* all the way thank you

Another vouch for this incredible surgery! The receptionists are always happy to help and so friendly but the vets themselves are just the stars! I own a boarding company and any time I need any of my dogs to be seen, bam- were in within 4 hours! Amazing! Harry, my visitor was a little nervous of the vets but they respected him and was so gentle and calming it was beautiful to see. Honestly would never change my vets! Thank you!

My 14 year old terrier Pepper is a regular visitor to Alresford. From the frontline staff, particularly Abbie and Charley to the wonderful vets, particularly Chiara who looks after Pepper every month for her Librella injection, they are all fantastic. They are always warm, kind and welcoming to both Pepper and myself and treat us with the utmost care. In the last couple of days Pepper has been poorly and Neve has taken very good care of her, been clear on a treatment plan and kept me informed at all times. Thank you for making what can be stressful times with our beloved pets as comforting as possible.
