Took Bailey to Vets Now in New Alresford 12th Aug circa midnight as an emergency when he became seriously unwell with HGE. He ended up spending two nights with them as our own vets don’t do overnight. The staff were incredibly kind and took such good care of Bailey who has since made a full recovery. Big thank you for looking after him, it was a stressful few days but I knew he was in good hands.

On Sunday night Nicola saved my Labrador’s life by quickly diagnosing pyometra and operating on her in the early hours of Monday morning. The lady on reception was so lovely that night as well. I will forever be grateful to these wonderful people who are working through the night to save our pets lives. Nicola you are a truly amazing vet.

Excellent service from Vets Now Winchester from the telephone contact to visiting the vet. Very professional, helpful and extremely empathetic to our concerns about our dog. The vet was very thorough in her examination and assessment and treated our dog with medication. She explained clearly what she was doing and what we needed to do next. Excellent service. The out of hours service is expensive but luckily we are insured. The treatment Kit received was professional, caring and knowledgeable. We were kept up to date on her condition twice a day and as necessary. Couldn’t have asked for better care.

Amazing service, very good advice and quick response to an emergency situation and helped with all aspects including the insurance claim during a very stressful time. The staff were all superb, reacted quickly and explained everything very well. Thanks to the team my dog is recovering very well.
