Excellent care from all the friendly staff. Our first visit and we left feeling confident that whatever we needed for our dog we would get the best treatment by the best people.

Really lovely staff. Called Shield whilst house-sitting for a client. An emergency happened and I called them immediately. They were understanding and very thorough when I took one of the boys to see the vet post seizure. Thankfully he now seems well and back to his normal grumpy looking self(he is a happy boy really!) Very happy with the service and would absolutely recommend to others. Thank you to all the staff who took care of him and a panicky me. Very appreciated 😊

Very friendly, caring staff, knowledgeable, and professional. They saw my dog on the days he was very poorly, which I am grateful for. Obviously, costs a lot for being seen and any treatment, but that's vets for you.
