I took my cat Lily to Bluebell vets for the first time yesterday for a consultation, my first impressions of this vets was that it seemed very friendly and welcoming and the receptionist was lovely. I saw Wojciech, he was very nice and very thorough and he took his time explaning things to us unlike vets that belong to a big corporations that seem to rush and don't always have the time to talk to you or check your animals over properly. I would definitely recommend this vets and give them 5 stars ***** I am so glad when I was looking for a new vets after being with another vets for over 30 years until the owner sadly passed away who had become a good dear friend to us and our fur babies, after that things changed not for the better but for the worse so much so that I am so glad that we have found another good and reliable Vet surgery with Bluebell vets..

Absolutely amazing, my cat Ludo was brought here by a member of public as he’d hurt his paw. They were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. Actually going to change vets and register my animals here. Would 100% recommend anyone to register here. Thank you so much for what you have done- he’s now cuddled up with his Lola ❤️

I was recommended Bluebell vets and I am so pleased we followed that recommendation for our beloved dog, Jasper. Every visit he was fussed and loved like they had known him for years, every consultation was thorough and everything was explained to me in great detail so I understood what was happening. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our Jasper and every member of staff at Bluebell treated us and him with the greatest kindness, sensitivity and compassion. The process, whilst sadly they have to go through as part of their jobs, felt so personal to us and we couldn't be more grateful that his final journey was calm and peaceful and full of love. Thank you to everyone at Bluebell who took care of Jasper (and me when I was distraught) x

Found the Bluebell vet by chance,was looking for an urgent and affordable de-matting for my cat,who needed a full sedation for this procedure. What a lovely vet clinic:clean ,very pleasant ,nice kind people.No delays on telephone like with our usual surgery. The most important they provide professional and efficient service,for a reasonable price.The appointment been made quickly ,without several weeks waiting. Our Oscar is so happy now.😊 I’d say it was a lucky discovery.We are going to contact them in the future when need anything for our pet.
