Ark have been looking after all My dogs since I moved to Fleet 18 years ago. I always feel that they give the very best advice and have kept our dogs in great condition and have been really supportive when we lost our Labrador Fletch. The Ark have looked after our pets for nearly 30 years and are the BEST team of vets, reception staff and nurses. They show so much care and compassion in their treatment, which makes a huge difference. They really do go above and beyond and I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Took our new puppy Bugs in for a check up. Could not find one fault with this practice. We were given a same day appointment - which is far quicker than our own G.P practice. We were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist- My husband was a little miffed that the hello gorgeous was for the puppy and not him! We waited in a very clean but relaxing waiting area for only a couple of minutes. The vet was brilliant and Bugs warmed to her immediately. Puppy didn't like where the thermometer was hidden for 30 seconds but got over it quickly! The vet was thorough, answered questions and reassured us. She explained everything in detail and we didn't feel rushed. The Ark made Bugs first vet visit a very pleasant and positive experience. This wasn't my first experience of the Ark, 10 years ago they cared for my brothers dog, my brother had died and my mum looked after his grey hound dog Sally for six months following his death. When it came to the sad day to say goodbye to Sally, an Ark vet came to mums house. The vet was very caring and it made all the difference to mum in that difficult time. Can not recommend The Ark vets enough, all the staff are amazing and it's very clear that it's a very happy work place. 🙂
