We've had a couple home visits and have been to the recently opened clinic twice now. All times have been lovely for us and our puppy! Any worries or questions I've had have been answered without judgment ❤️. Your pet(s) will be cared for here!

Fantastic service from Shane. We will not be using any other vets in the future. Shane came to our house explained options and dog had his operation in only a few days . Highly recommend.

I was nervous about changing over vets, but was quickly reassured. Shane seems to really care about the welfare of our dog, and took plenty of time to discuss treatment options and medications with me for my dogs arthritis. It's a breath of fresh air compared to previous vets we've used. He seems really knowledgeable and wants to help our elderly dog to get the most out of his golden years as we do. Our dog who's usually wary of new people, (especially men) was eating treats from Shane within a couple of minutes which was incredible. He's let him do a dye test on his eye and give him an injection since, without seeming upset in the slightest! Shane is doing home visits at the moment while the premises finishes building work, and didn't blink an eye at the mountain of laundry or the dog hair everywhere. I thought I'd add this in as I know I was worried about this aspect a bit, so might help relieve some worries! Adding a dog pic to show how well he's walking now :)

Shane of Portsmouth Vets was extremely caring towards our little Jack Russell ‘ Poppy’ Who after living with Diabetes for several months - we finally had to let her go! We were very happy to have Shane at our side for this difficult & emotional time! Thank you Shane. Frank Judd
