staff very kind, welcoming and listened to my worries regarding my very old cat. their compassion and knowledge were second to none. I would anyone with pets to go there

We recently had need to use Ringwood Vets as an emergency while we were away for a few days. Our Cockapoo was bitten by an adder while walking in the New Forest. The team at Ringwood Vets were amazing, they were waiting for us when we arrived and were both reassuring to us and our dog. He was treated and remained with them for the afternoon, they kept us informed of his progress and communicated with our usual vet effectively. We really can't praise or thank this practice enough. I'd give them all 10 stars if I could! The regular patients are lucky to be registered there. Thanks team!

Warm and friendly. It was my cat’s first visit and we were both happy with the experience. Lovely staff.

My dog was unfortunately attacked by another dog. I had just moved into the area and had not yet registered with a vet but I was registered and given an appointment immediately. We were both completely traumatised but the vet and her nurse gave my dog a thorough examination and were kind and gentle to us both. I have no hesitation in recommending Ringwood Vets to anyone and everyone. Great Service!!

Overall it was a very good visit, it was urgent and short notice, the Vet, nurse and receptionist were all lovely. The Vet paid a lot of attention to my dog and checked him thoroughly. He gave me advice and options. A blood test was performed promptly and with no fuss. We waited for the results which took about 20 minutes. I was so worried about my dog but the team helped and I felt we were cared for.
