Mainstone provides an excellent service, examinations/assessments are thorough and outcomes very well explained. Treatment options are always discussed with pros and cons identified. Appointments are not rushed. Staff are friendly and most importantly very kind and sympathetic towards pets! I have been visiting for many years now with all sorts of different animals and have developed great trust in the care provided by the veterinary staff.

Saturday morning emergency appointment. Really professional, welcoming & friendly vet & nurse. Looked after our 2 dogs beautifully. Explained everything very clearly. Could not have asked better treatment.

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

Always friendly & welcoming with both pets & owners. Explains diagnosis simply so i can understand and what's what's going g to happen next fully. Would always recommend Mainstone which is why I have been registered there with varies pets for over 20 years.
