This practice and their practice in Gosport have cared for my dog Milo for the last 11 years. Sadly we said goodbye to him on 23 September '24 at the grand old age of 16. I'm taking this opportunity to thank the vets, nurses and support staff for all their great work over the years. I'm very thankful for your service; thanks very much 👏.

Recently had to bring my 22 year old cat in for an emergency appointment, due to her not eating and having trouble walking. We unfortunately had to have her put to sleep, but the vet (I believe her name was Amy) was very empathetic, reassured us that it was quick and painless, and talked us through exactly what would happen. It was a very hard thing to do, but the whole team did their best to make it easier. Thank you again.

Thank you to the vet, nurses and reception for being so kind and seeing Stitch so quickly this evening. Both Stubbington and Gospirt branch have been wonderful the last couple of weeks and are always so lovely and helpful. Thank you

Just wanted to say thank you to the wonderful vet who saw Pepper this afternoon. What a breath of fresh air she is. So gentle and kind and caring, and went out of her way to make sure that Pepper was as stress free as possible. Thank you so much for such a positive experience for me and Pepper.🤩

On site parking, easy access, within village shops, Very friendly and supportive staff. Appointments easy to book and reminders received. My pet and I are made to feel welcome and valued. My pet is well cared for and I always feel the best options and solutions are offered. Nurses and vets always answer queries clearly and no question is a silly question. It is clear how much they love animals. As a member of the Healthy Pet Club I receive absolute value for money. Nothing is too much trouble.
