Extremely professional and caring vet. The vets are knowledgeable approachable and incredibly empathetic. However, the stars are always the reception team. Such a friendly warm welcome, polite, and extremely caring. They have been awesome through the welcome of new pets, and the saddest of times as we say goodbye. We are always grateful for their time, understanding and support

Thank you for your help this morning with my 171/2 year old .cat this morning, who unfortunately needed to be put to sleep as she had been unwell yesterday and last night. There was no rushing and the vet chatted to us until we were ready and no rushing us out afterwards. Everything was what I wanted to do and when I wanted to do it.

This vetenianary clinic gave my boy (a red staffy) the best treatment they loved him, my dog Arthur (fatty) loved them, ( he adored jaques and the girls on the front desk), i will never use another vets, fatty was treated like a star, now my new additions are registered here, and given all the love and care that fatty was. Been 6 years since i wrote the above post. Would i change anything ?? No, the standard of care is second to none. I still would not use or recommend a different vets for your pets !!!

I do not live in Andover but drive to Strathmore vets as they really are the best, i have been using them for over 20 years. It's so reassuring to know that I will get to speak to one of my vets If I need to no matter what the time or day.
