Natalia Mollon falsified equine passport details causing a disruption to my insurance claim and caused an issue with the insurability of my horse. She marked an equine passport as her date of attendance at the livery yard with 11th November 2024 when the horse was not even located in the yard she visited until over one month later. She did not actually attend upon the horse until the 8th January 2025. This caused me significant loss in resolving the matter and she has disputed that any of this is her liability. Further, the practice manager Carmela Mitchell is recorded on a telephone call saying that she had 'come up with a story' for my insurer which could have jeopardised the insurance claim and the policy. I would strongly advise against dealing with these people as I have taken the matter to the police and RCVS.

I recently had a 2 stage vetting done by Marina from the practice and her professionalism and willingness to explain the outcome of the vetting in full detail were exceptional. Even when I requested additional explanation Marina called me despite the office being closed and it being a Friday evening. I really can't recommend this service more highly and if they were local to me I would not use any another vet service. For balanced, clear and objective veterinary guidance this service was faultless.

Visited to resolve an equine insurance issue. Met by two charming ladies who sorted the matter without fuss and having driven many miles, the welcoming coffee was greatfully received. Highly efficient, polite and welcoming. Well done ladies, you represented the business perfectly.

Experts in the sports horse field I can thoroughly recommend Mollon & Partners. They have a wealth of experience, a great reassuring rapport with their clients and an excellent eye for lameness offering a range of treatments to suit what you need. Despite a hectic schedule, the team are always there if you need them. You and your horse will be in safe hands.

Very disappointed! I had 2 horses vetted and was told about numerous problems with both horses by the vet over the phone and as I result I didn't buy the horses. I had to wait several days for the reports to come through, but by this time I had asked for another horse to be vetted by them. When I finally receiving the reports on the 2 horses, I read that the problems were minor and of no concern and no risk of further complications because of them should be a concern! If I had received this report straight away, as I was told by the vet on the phone, I would have brought both horses but they had now been sold. The vet had also already done the vetting for the next horse otherwise I would have cancelled and had someone else do it. I never recieved a phone call, just a report via email. Incredibly unprofessional. I don't recommend them at all.

Upon the recommendation of my chiropractor, I contacted Mollon & Ptnrs for one of my horses that required advanced treatment. I was so impressed with the quality of service, that I promptly moved my other four, into their care. Reassuringly each vet has their own set of battery run diagnostic equipment. Useful when one suddenly has no power available during an out of hours emergency call out . The respect and compassion Mollon & Ptnrs have shown to my guys has been most touching. They have tried harder to succeed with a problem, than any vet I’ve known, whilst I’ve been working in the industry for last 25yrs. And yet, despite their sheer excellence, they are surprisingly cost effective. This practice has a great deal of knowledge and experience to support an amateur owner and also, the professional yard.
