Absolutely incredible vets. I haven’t been there long, but the experience I have had already due to concerns for my dog have been amazing. I have a very nervous dog, and the staff attended to his needs perfectly, greeting him before the appointment and comforting him in the calmest manner throughout the appointment. Truly grateful for this practice and looking forward to Blue’s care being in their hands if anything is to ever happen.

Just shameful. After getting attitude from the staff in the front desk, we requested to speak to the manager Clare. OMG! after speaking to her we understood the attitude in the whole team. It trickles down from the top. Her own words were “this conversation is not going anywhere”. She refused to hear us out and help us. The vets are incompetent. Be very careful what you share. Because they write up the diagnosis incorrectly which will affect your beautiful pet and your insurance. Stay away from this institution.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I reached out to this clinic explaining that I was feeling anxious and worried about bringing my pet, due to previous experiences at other vet practices, I was hoping for understanding and support. Instead, I received an email essentially telling me to go elsewhere—cold, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. The experience made it clear that their priority is not the wellbeing of animals or their humans, but money. In a time of stress and vulnerability, I was met with indifference. Pets and the people who care for them deserve better.

Although they were absolutely spot on in the evening when emergency care was required. The follow up care in the day was shocking. Unclear about pricing and blamed us for this after confirming no further costs would be required to find out there were in fact huge further costs required. Told us we were pretty much lying about what we'd been told. Feels like yet again it's all about money first which was so disappointing as the evening staff were so amazing, completely let down and lost faith in the veterinary system

Took my kitten in for a health check, the vet or nurse didn't complete the full health check and after going through the complaints procedure I've heard back today that the vet/nurse has added onto the notes things she didn't complete. My boy was being checked to be neutered at a later date, he should have had a full check including skin, teeth, eyes, heart rate, temperature etc as well as his privates and weight but all she did was his weight and privates. I waited 15 minutes for my appointment and then once in there she had completed her check within a few minutes, charged £55 and now the complaints team haven't helped me out at all. I'll be changing my vets practice from here, rip off and they don't care about your pets health.
