Finding a vet who understands large working dogs isn’t always easy, but the team here is absolutely fantastic. We have been bringing our guard dogs here for years and they are handled with so much confidence, calm energy and genuine care. Although they are guard dogs, they are still part of our family and we wouldn’t trust just anyone with their care. Knowing our dogs are in such skilled and compassionate hands gives us total peace of mind.

Honestly can't thank the team enough from the hugely knowledgeable and supportive administrative/customer-patient care team to the vetinary nurses and vets. Also George the specialist surgeon who we- Ella and i had the pleasure of meeting. We have been at Arc for over 20 years and the compassion and care has never been anything else but a gold standard excellent service. A huge thank you to Sally who we have known from the begining of our journey 20+ years ago and is always absolutely superb and has gone and continues to go above and beyond. Also Niamh who we have more recently met and can't thank enough for keeping me up to date a thinking outside the box to help support not just Ella but also the stress that having an unwell very loved furbaby has on their family. Niamh you have been fantastic and truly holistic in your approach with Ella that allowed us to make the best decisions being fully informed. Completely above and beyond outstanding care. One last shout out to gorgeous Carly student Veterinary Nurse, stay just as you are because you are perfect, your career is just starting and you are already brilliant so keep pushing the ceiling. Thank you never seems enough but what an outstanding team. We are very grateful for all your care and attention not just on the most recent occasion but the last 20+ years and all those to come. We went to Ark Vets as an emergency a month ago as our Bunny was seriously ill and our usual Vet couldn't see us. From the moment we walked in we felt genuinely cared for. We came to see the Veterinary nurse, Sally, a fair few times over the following few weeks and her kindness, patience, and compassion was faultless. She took the time to talk through every option and answer my many questions with such empathy and professionalism. We never felt rushed. It was clear that you truly wanted to help—not just our bun, but us too—and that made all the difference, even though the prognosis was not good. I know not all general Vets are Rabbit savvy, but the Ark team are phenomenal. We moved from our old Vets to Ark immediately as the difference in service and care is huge! It’s rare to find someone who truly puts their heart into what they do, and they absolutely do. If you're looking for a Vet for your buns, I highly recommend Ark.
