Crookham Park Veterinary Centre

Have visited twice recently with my cat who can be nervous and not great with needles. She had acupuncture from Sabina before anything was done and the difference in her was amazing. She became quite docile and Sabina was able to do what she needed easily. Would highly recommend it if you have an anxious pet. Thank you Sabina, you’re a star as always.

Amazing veterinary team that take such good care! The vets and nurses are always very informative, and genuinely care a lot and get to know the animals. I feel confident I can call and get advice from the team whenever I need. Everyone at the practice provides the best care every time, my dog James absolutely loves all the staff, I feel happy coming to Crookham Park knowing he feels safe and content.

Lovely staff. Quite quiet and big for a vet centre. You can tell they really love animals.

My sat nav took me to totally wrong place,phoned vets, lady talked me in to correct place, brilliant,service from vet was first class and our little doggie recovered quickly as she said he would ,really pleased overall .

Don't ask these people for help, they couldn't give a shit about animals, just your money. Dirty, corporate filth.

I brought my 11 year old rescue dog in, who has a long, well documented history of chronic allergies and recurring ear infections. Over the years, multiple vets in different practices have run cytology tests many times, all coming back with the same findings, and have consistently prescribed the same medication when flare-ups occur. Despite this, the vet refused to issue even a single prescription and insisted on more testing and additional appointments, without acknowledging that these tests have already been done repeatedly with the same outcome. Every other vet we’ve seen has been able to provide repeat prescriptions when needed, whereas this practice would only consider issuing medication one appointment at a time. This made the approach feel less about Marley’s welfare and more about pushing further visits and costs. Overall, I felt dismissed and pressured into unnecessary appointments rather than offered practical, proportionate care for a well-managed chronic condition. I also requested to have the annual vaccination done during this appointment, I was two weeks early, and the vet said that medically speaking I need to come back again, pay for another appointment in two weeks. Only to find out form my other vet that this isn’t true. Don’t recommend. Won’t be returning. The vet is question in the picture below. Maybe the other vets are alright but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this one. I never had such a bad experience at any vets in my life.

All this vets care about is money if you dont have it all they want to do is put your pet down ,would not accept a payment plan and pet insurance alone would not have covered what they wanted to save my boy , rude and arrogant staff and even held our dead dogs body ransom and would not relese our poor boy to the pet crematorium until we paid the last of the bill after already giving them over £500 there and then and they even brought the chip and pin machine into the room with my dying dog and upset wife sat on the floor and made us pay before putting our boy down , the remaining amout was arranged would be paid by the end of the week , avoid this money cartel and look for other vets in the area , we lost a 14 month boy because they wanted money there and then
