First time at Mainstone, went in on time, all went very well as we were worried how our new rescueed cat would react, no worries, Tristan handled him with care,, It certainly was a relief, as we had troble getting him in the carrier to get him to the vets.

I was on holiday at the New Forest, my dog became sick, I called this vets to ask if they could see my did, they quickly registered her, obtained her records from my usual vet, and booked her in within 30minutes. The vet who saw our dog Regina was excellent, put me at ease and was very caring to my dog. Thank you

I have used Mainstone Vets for over 40 years. It has changed hugely in that time, but I have always been extremely pleased with all staff I’ve ever come across. In my experience they have always been kind, caring, compassionate, and taken on board my concerns and preferences. The level of expertise is outstanding.

Mainstone are great, our cat Sidney has been under them since he was a kitten & they’ve always provided excellent service. Recently he needed an urgent appointment for an infection and they were quick to provide us with one. The reception team are always polite and helpful via telephone & in person. I find the vet staff are always very knowledgable and are gentle with Sidney. Thank you Mainstone.
