Another amazing visit for Teddys annual jabs. Nothing is too much trouble. Shame Teddy needs to loose weight such helpful advice given by such caring staff.

I phoned in the morning and got a same day appointment which was brilliant, my vet did a thorough examination of Saphi and gave me some good advice. As well as tablets for her allergy. As far as I am concerned I wouldn't go to any other vets.

Vets are very good, we believe they mean and do well. Unfortunately, the management is poor. We had a pet plan for years - we never received a message or email or a call to remind us to pick up our dogs tablets. The reminders are apparently a part of their service but they don’t work. When we raised it and asked to be given what we paid for, we received a cold NO. They admitted the reminders didn’t work however that was their answer. So, if you are looking for a vet that helps you to keep track of your dogs needs, this is not the right place for you.
