Huge thank you to the team for their kindness and genuine care when we brought our dog in sick while on holiday. They were patient, friendly, and reassuring at a very stressful time. We’re so grateful for the support and professional care given, it made such a difference.

A heartfelt thank you to Maciej, Julian, Marie, and the entire team at Medina Vets Wootton and Newport. Our cat was admitted on Saturday after days of not eating, and the team quickly identified that she required major surgery. Julian and Maciej were incredibly understanding and compassionate, performing the surgery the same day and keeping us updated throughout with reassurance and care. She spent one night at the Newport practice and was back home with us the next day. From the warm welcome to the surgical care, every member of the team was professional, supportive, and went above and beyond. We’re truly grateful for their expert care and dedication.
