A heartfelt thank you to Maciej, Julian, Marie, and the entire team at Medina Vets Wootton and Newport. Our cat was admitted on Saturday after days of not eating, and the team quickly identified that she required major surgery. Julian and Maciej were incredibly understanding and compassionate, performing the surgery the same day and keeping us updated throughout with reassurance and care. She spent one night at the Newport practice and was back home with us the next day. From the warm welcome to the surgical care, every member of the team was professional, supportive, and went above and beyond. We’re truly grateful for their expert care and dedication.

I cannot fault my experience from my initial phone call to the Ryde branch who booked me in with Julian the vet in Wootton to see my daughter's Leopard Gecko. A truly caring vet.

Although it was a sad outcome for us having our elderly cat pts, the vet Julian couldn’t have been kinder. He was unhurried, professional and showed great compassion, explaining our options fully and giving us time to say goodbye. We were so grateful at such a distressing time for his understanding and care. Medina Vets are lucky to have him on their team.

Peanut had a great first visit. Considering it was her first time and the current restrictions I was very nervous handing her over but the vet reassured me and all the staff were very helpful. They even took a super cute picture and I can see peanut was in good hands. Highly recommended.
