What an incredible veterinary practice! All staff I have come across when bringing my cat there have been so helpful, professional, polite and friendly - there is no cold and clinical atmosphere here! I always ask for Tim to see/treat my cat - he has my absolute faith and trust in delivering the best care, even if the cat doesn't think so 😅 100% recommend this practice and Tim to anyone ♥️

Had to take my 8month old puppy to the Ryde surgery while holidaying on the IOW due to an issue. Absolutely amazing service provided. Felt so at ease the staff from reception to actual Vet were so attentive and caring. Great experience 🐕🐕

Since moving back to Pet Doctors Ryde,we have had excellent care with all staff,we had a few issues in the beginning with claims,it didn't help that 3 of our animals all came down with health issues and there were 3 separate claims but the staff dealing with the accounts persevered and resolved the issue all with a smile 😊 the reception staff are all excellent and nurses and vets very caring! I'm so pleased we went back to Pet Doctors from our last vets on the island ! The new building is up to date with all the latest equipment and we had the opportunity to go round it on their recent open day with one of the vets who did an excellent job showing us all areas of the practice. To top it all I won a whole year of Healthy pet care for one of my animals,in the raffle.Well done everyone at Ryde Pet Doctors!

Incredible practice! Easily the best vets I or my family have ever used! Very compassionate and considerate staff who will do all they can to help not just your pet, but you as well. They always have very quick appointment availability and will keep you fully informed on medication orders. Particular mention to both Claire for her care and kindness- to the extent my dog is excited to see her (and not just for the chicken treats!) And also to Tim for being an all-round excellent vet, making sure that all plans are created together as a team, that all bases are covered and doing all he can to make sure that your pet is at ease during the consult- we actually spend most of our appointments on the floor with the dog. While it's unfortunate my dog needs ongoing care, I'm beyond glad it's Ryde Pet Doctors providing it. The practice itself is so kind that they even got me a card for passing my exams! 10/10 service all round.

It was a very 2nd visit for our collie she had a stroke on holiday and is recovering well. Unfortunately her arthritis had a bad return and we had to go back for the injection. The vet nurse was so kind and patient and listened to everything we said. Our thanks to all concerned. 😊
