I can’t recommend the team at Riverside Equine enough. Charlotte is always super helpful and kind on the phone, and all of the vets are very knowledgable, kind and understanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble. My mare has been extremely difficult to deal with and suffered some injuries which would mean she most likely would not be a ridden horse, however Gemma persevered and has got her completely sound and comfortable which I thought would never be possible. I am also a part of their new equine plan, which has been a lifesaver in taking away the financial stress of calling the vets out for an assessment and has meant that she has the best care at all times. I have never felt overcharged for treatments and found that all recommendations are made with the horses welfare a priority and not for money. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my horses care.

I cannot speak highly enough about this veterinary clinic, especially an incredible vet called Heidi. They have always gone above and beyond for my dogs and although sadly I will no longer need them, I couldn't have asked for better care. You are heard, supported and treated as a person not just a customer. The ladies on reception are always so quick to assist you and they are never not smiling. Thank you so much for everything and if I decide to welcome another furry addition to my family in the future then I will certainly be putting their health and wellbeing in the hands of Riverside Vets again.

Very helpful and professional , lesser spotted woodpecker was injured in my garden. So we took it to the vets for help . They took the bird without hesitation and cared for it which me and my granddaughter were very grateful

We had to put our beloved dog down yesterday. Heidi was the vet and she treated us and Ivy (dog) with so much compassion and love. Thank you. Also received a beautiful card and paw prints in the post this morning. So thoughtful and much appreciated.
