Back again a few years later. Still furious about the treatment my dog received and how the practive handled it. Any practice who tells you to put your dog to sleep without a checkup to confirm what is wrong first is horrendous. Love my new vets cos theh would never do that. And still carry a grudge about how riverside handled Simbas illness. Just adjusting my review as im still furious about the treatment our dog received here over 2 years ago. We are at a much better vets surgery now. If theyd only assured me Emilio would be trained in soft skills better when i did an official complaint i would not still be angry. They fobbed me off instead. Twice now riverside have given up on my dog. Thankfully we insisted on a referral to a specialist and our dog is well and still with us. First time, he was misdiagnosed with cancer. He had liver disease. Second time we were told to put him to sleep in the carpark by Emilio. Without a proper diagnosis. He had a bladder infection. Thanks to Anderson Moores he is recovering well. I will never forgive riverside for the trauma they put us through when telling us to put our healthy dog to sleep, in a car park, without proper diagnosis, and then when I complained to management they doubled down and defended his actions. 2 stars as bridgett and tatyana have been good in the past. But I have now left this surgery. I want someone who will fight to keep my dog alive and well and I don't think riverside is the place. My dog is still alive over 6 months later thanks to other vets and Anderson Moore. Emilio is a disgrace to vets everywhere and my official complaint to the practice got dismissed. Still absolutely disappointed with the service received from riverside.my dog deserves better. May 2022 and simba is still alive. Pic for proof!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to the Riverside team for the care and compassion shown to me, my partner & our dog Tilly. We only used the practise twice and unfortunately lost our girl unexpectedly but we were shown so much kindness in that awful time. A huge thanks to Jess, Bridget and RVN Izzy for everything you did for our sweet girl 🐾❤️

Always a lovely experience

We became a clients of Riverside Vets Eastleigh after our cat was sadly run over on Leigh Road just after Covid. The kindness and compassion shown to us was incredible and we weren’t even registered there, THANK YOU. Again we were so grateful to have such wonderful vets when our dog sadly lost his eye earlier this year. Heidi in particular was absolutely wonderful and practically cried with us when the decision had to be made to remove the eye after the eye had ruptured 🥲 Very traumatic experience but we were extremely well supported both medically for the dog and emotionally for us. Riverside, Amazing vets practice. Simply the BEST

Bought our cat for a check up. The appointment was on time, the vet was lovely, friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend.

Totally INCOMPETENT, LACK of KNOWLEDGE and USELESS! AVOID at ll costs. We had an emergency night visit at 3am. The veterinarian did not examine properly my dog and did not administrate any medication. Instead she sent us home. My dog was in severe pain all night, vomiting and whining. I found out from another vet that she had an ALLERGIC reaction and should have receive a medical care at that point! They are also highly incompetent in filing the insurance claim form, so be careful and always check the amount claiming if you ever come across them.

Everything about this practice is absolutely amazing. The staff are all incredible, and I can't thank them enough

Last year Coco had a serious infection after whelping after 4 worrying days you all pulled her through …. Thank you …. She’s off to Crufts in March
