I cannot speak highly enough about this veterinary clinic, especially an incredible vet called Heidi. They have always gone above and beyond for my dogs and although sadly I will no longer need them, I couldn't have asked for better care. You are heard, supported and treated as a person not just a customer. The ladies on reception are always so quick to assist you and they are never not smiling. Thank you so much for everything and if I decide to welcome another furry addition to my family in the future then I will certainly be putting their health and wellbeing in the hands of Riverside Vets again.

Exceptional vet practice. Treating all domestic pets and equine. Lovely friendly staff, from the welcoming receptionists, vet nurses and vets. 24 hour emergency coverage for all animals

We have used Riverside Vets for many years with multiple pets and the service and care is always first class. They have helped us say goodbye to our beloved cats and dogs with great compassion and empathy and strived to help our family through a difficult journey with a high degree of professionalism and respect

Very helpful and professional , lesser spotted woodpecker was injured in my garden. So we took it to the vets for help . They took the bird without hesitation and cared for it which me and my granddaughter were very grateful

We had to put our beloved dog down yesterday. Heidi was the vet and she treated us and Ivy (dog) with so much compassion and love. Thank you. Also received a beautiful card and paw prints in the post this morning. So thoughtful and much appreciated.
