Took my 17 month old Cockapoo to be chemically castrated. The receptionist was very helpful as my dog was quite stressed. Then the vet answered all my questions before hand. Because I am not good with needles she took him out to have a nurse help her. They are an independent vets and I could not be happier with them. If you need a vet a live in the area I would highly recommend

I cannot recommend The Hampshire Vet highly enough! They took such great care of my cat, Mony, who is very anxious and can be aggressive, handling her with so much patience. As an anxious owner who called and emailed constantly, I was met with nothing but grace and professionalism. They answered every question, always provided sound advice, and gave me complete reassurance that my pet was in the best possible hands. The entire team—vets, nurses, and receptionists—is incredible. Thank you all for your kindness and dedication to Mony's wellbeing!

Update After a couple more visits for different cats, it's just amazing here. Really can't recommend enough. Moved to this vet recently and had amazing experience. The cat waiting room really helps. The vets all seem very calm natured. The appointments feel thorough. I trap nuter and return or re-home cats local to me. Some are very feral. There is a lot of parking. Receptionists and nurses are also great. I haven't felt like I've had a good vets in years since mine closed in 2019. I've bounced around practices but they all seem to be owned by CVS locally. Pricing is super reasonable and I feel cheaper than the chains!

New puppy parents and our first visit to the Practice. Staff very helpful, reassuring and loved our puppy. The Vet gave an examination and administered his first puppy jab without causing any awareness or pain. Puppy treats on hand. Superb experience all round.
