Vet ive not met before, he was a bit rushed, I took my dog in for booster jab, and health check, imo he didnt seem to be very thorough. I asked him about a concern, it was checked very quickly and said it was a tumour and to get it removed and make appointment, i felt i needed a second opinion he seemed too young to jump to a conclusion that instant about my dogs health I have a prepaid plan.

Have taken our various animals, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs & cats over many years. Vets here have been, without exception, thorough, knowledgeable & caring. Support staff also are kind, friendly & professional. Don't know how prices compare with other practices but unfortunately all are costly now & in our experience the interest of the animal comes first here.

The vets are nice. Receptionists need some training on how to speak to people and prioritise animals in need. Lesson on manners wouldn’t go a miss.

This was our first visit with our new rescue dog, Billie. We were made to feel welcome by the receptionist and the vet could not have been kinder. He had a genuine interest in our dog and put us all at ease.

We use these alot for our Dogs great service and caring staff, but lately they seem to be money grabbing at every given opportunity ie called wanting repeat meds for poorly dog they wanted £7.60 for them to be dispensed early that's on top of the price of the medication.
