Number of issues. Including being called a lair with proof to the contrary. Raised concerns with lead vet and raised formal complaint with practice manger only to be ignored for over a month with chase emails.

Brought my dog in this morning, they were running late, but it was worth the wait. Sian was absolutely amazing. What a kind, caring, compassionate lady. Harbour vets- you should be very proud to have such a wonderful team member working for you.

We went to Harbour Vets emergency hospital a few Saturdays ago due to our 8 year old golden retriever passing blood in her poo and sick. I thought it was the beginning of the end. However the vet there, explained what he was going to do, plus what the next steps could be. After 3 days on antibiotics and prebiotics she became much better and back to her normal self. We are so happy and put full trust into our vets. Thank you Harbour Vets!

Care has really gone down, difficulties getting through with long waiting times when you can actually schedule an appointment. To be honest vets seem very uncaring, I was shocked on one occasion when James attempted to remove a tick with a scalpel, with no numbing cream my little dog was terrified. For further appointments I requested to see Liz - but was disappointed to hear her refer to my dog as an ‘it’ to the nurse. Unfortunately feels like pet care is no longer a priority- just the money you spend. I have been taking my pets here for years, but the last few visits has prompted me to look elsewhere, with immediate effect. One member of staff I highly recommend is Sarah the nurse, always very caring and genuine.
