All the staff were so lovely and caring. The vet listened to us then made appointments for us to take our dog to a hospital as he now suffers from heart failure. They were quick to diagnose and get the treatment he needed. also staff members rang me to find out how my dog was after a hospital visit, we were amazed they took time out of their busy schedule. Great great practice can’t praise them enough.

Such a great reception team...always helpful, polite, friendly and empathetic! Hans always works his magic on our cats. Its a great location with plenty of room in reception area and being above a 'pets at home' store, theres opportunity to stock up on food, toys, and treatments while youre there. We've never considered moving to another vet in the 10 years we've been going. I think that speaks volumes.

Took great care of our doggo when she needed her teeth cleaned. The vet spent a lot of time explaining the procedure beforehand and then afterwards, including what we needed to do and the aftercare required. We got regular updates throughout the day on her progress so we knew what was happening and that she was Ok.

We have visited this vets 4 times over the last 6 months with our elderly cat. Can not fault the service. We sadly had to say goodbye to Lennox on 22nd December aged 22. This was done with dignity, compassion and time for us to cuddle and say goodbye. The vets have so much love for the pets that they treat. Today I received a hand written personal card so sorry for your loss signed by all the staff. I was so touched. Thankyou all so much ❤️

Vets4Pets in Waterlooville have been brilliant with us and a special mention goes to Sarah who recently gave us several stress free options so that my wife and I could make an informed decision over the different dental options we can get for our cat. Staff are always friendly at the practise and highly recommend them.

I have zero complaints. I love this practice and the staff there. They are amazing and it’s very evident that they do actually love animals. The vets remember our faces and our pets and know us rather than just reading off a computer. I called up today because my dog was leaking a little pus from his castration incision point, and they got me and appointment within half an hour. I really cannot recommend this vet practice enough. Thank you!

Highly recommended Waterlooville Vets4Pets team. Always welcoming, always helpful. Eileen went in for her spay today and everything was perfect! She was looked after so well and is back home recovering. They really spoil your pets when under their care and as a pawrent, I know my little babies are getting the best care when with the team here. Thanks everyone!

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Always so welcoming and helpful, they spoil my boy too! Very informative, considerate and patient- the entire staff, not just the vets. They have supported puppy and me much more than they realise. Fantastic team, we are incredibly grateful.

Rude receptionists. Bad service in terms of reviewing important medication. It gets ordered before the cut off and then it’s late. You have to chase for results. I would recommend going to a private, family run vets instead. We will be cancelling the plans for 3 of our animals now.
